Experience at MDI Achieve has been interesting.

Pros

Some of the best reason to work at MDI Achieve (new name), good benefits and team enviroment is supported.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at MDI Achieve (new name), mid and upper management displays low client retention efforts which advancement in opportunities are based. Too many aquisitions of smaller companies which causes the management team be more reactive than proactive.

They'll fire you if the manager doesn't like you. You'll come to know only after the decision is made and you can never prove your worth. The managers here just talk and the company thinks these managers are everything to the company.
