Pros

This company is always striving to have the best software for our clients. It is hard work to keep this up, but they do it. Working here is fun and there are a lot of great, knowledgeable people. Expectations are high for the employees, but I am never bored or without work!

Cons

The Bloomington Human Resources manger is not very communicative with the employees...she cannot be depended upon to help them out.

1. Flexible timing to work. 2. Peacefull environment. 3. Friendly Management. 4. Great Leadership. 5. Good Motivation to Learn new technologies and ideas. 6. Beautiful life for new joiners upto 1 year.

Cons

1. No Promotions. Don't expect promotions in the Chennai Office. 2. Very worst bonus. Didn't provide in time. 3. Don't expect the yearly increment on Jan month, Maybe will take Feb, Mar, Apr, May. But The amount will credit as "Arrear Amount(AA)". I didn't understand what is yearly appraisal?
