*Continual focus on product improvements *Remote locations have great flexibility *Very dedicated and loyal teammates *Underperformance rewarded - generally with a management title *Decent compensation - especially in much sought after roles. *Encourages higher education

Cons

*CEO is a bully and lacks the professionalism required for this role *Executive Leadership Teams inability to function as a cohesive team *Emotional Intelligence is a foreign term for many leaders *HR Management severely deficient *Very little focus on providing professional development other than Educational degrees *Zero focus on Management training and development
