      Pros

      Niche area with little competition. Very lucky in the market at the moment.

      Cons

      Monkey/Cowboy cargo cult. Knowledge siloes are the only way to maintain your job. Most of the talent is leaving for good reasons. Don't fall for the hype this company only cares about money.
