- friendly and positive work environment - flex time, opportunity to accumulate time worked -never forced to work overtime - great facilities (gym, pool, hockey rink, etc) - opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and gain lots of experience early on.

Cons

- currently, little chance for promotions or pay raises. No annual performance reviews. - no rrsp contribution matching
