Great working environment/culture with fantastic colleague

Cons

It is located at the West of Montreal which is difficult for people who live in the East. There is a lot of traffic on the Highway 40

Pros

Generous time off and relaxed working schedule. Great employees very easy to find great team dynamics. Little changes in the products you quickly find a rhythm and it lasts at least 5 years. There a reactive mindset to meeting customer needs . Very long backlogs so there is always work.

Cons

Nothing changes, even the large business shifts occur the "day to day" remained the same. There is minimal effort to stay up to date. If you like a fast pace environment or need a challenge this probably isn't for you.
