      Great Teammates. Great Benefits. It is fulfilling to know that the Matson's commitment to our communities means that we are consistent and we always provide the best service. It is rare to find a company like this.

      The hours can be challenging, but management is accommodating. The work is stressful, but the team is very supportive.

      Pay is ok and always ot.

      Cons

      Vice President quit, and in within the last year I worked there 10 people hired and than quit, some after a day, a week, or less than 6 months-no kidding. It is stressful and management does very little to support or back you up with the huge workload given-mainly because they can’t get anyone to stay onboard.
