The people are great. There is a lot of potential for growth. Many people are understanding and willing to hear you out. Very understanding about having a life outside of work and willing to work with you in order to keep work life balance great.

Cons

Could be difficult to move up if the timing isn't right. There are many factors that are involved in whether you get promoted.
