Great Company & Culture, but feels like a sinking ship

Business Outlook
Pros
Great environment with wonderful people. Half day Fridays year round. 401k (3 year vesting though). Generous holiday time off. Easy to love what you do when you're making toys.
Cons
Typical corporate bureaucracy. Sometimes hard to get consensus or decisions made, leading to people scrambling last minute over margins, cost reductions, and schedule. Often trying to hit a moving target. Silo'd structure with sometimes unrealistic asks from different areas. Just closed major office in NYC, worriesome that other offices may be next as they try to consolidate in CA or start selling off divisions of the company.
