Pros

First thing that I have noticed about working at Mattermark is how smart, confident, and capable the entire team is. Working here, you will be surrounded by people that will push you to work better, smarter, and harder. Great place to learn and excel

Pros

Incredible people: talented, fun and driven. Mattermark feels different than most startups: it has pretty complete vision.

Cons

While pay is competitive with startups of its size, its not as competitive as Facebook or Google. But honestly, that's very reasonable.
