Pros

As a company, Maui Jim does a fantastic job of supporting their employees and allowing them to grow within their positions and into new positions. I completed two sales and marketing internships after my sophomore and junior years of college. They allowed me to continue working a few hours a week from school as well, which really helped me enhance my organizational skills. The atmosphere is cohesive to the growth and support of our product and the lifestyle that it is marketed to advocate.

Cons

As my job is 90% travel, that lifestyle can be stressful at times. However, managing a hectic schedule is something that I feel I can do because of my experience within the company. While it can be intense, it is also my favorite aspect of my position.
