- transperency between the teams - good work life balace -opportunity to showcase the skills and growth in the organization - good and fair appraisal process - good direction, support and guidence from the leadership team

Cons

- no clarity on the information regarding "go-to" person for process and policies - no SoPs or documentation on process and policies
