Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the acknowledgment of our strong QA focus. We also recognize the concerns around role clarity, long-term career paths—especially for non-QA roles—and the impact of frequent restructuring. As the organization evolves, we are working to improve role planning, define clearer career roadmaps, and bring greater stability and transparency to organizational changes. We value this feedback and remain committed to creating a more structured and supportive work environment. Best wishes, Team Maveric systems

Pros

5 days of work from home per month (as per policy) Typical working hours are around 6 hours

Cons

* Work from home and office timing fully depend on the manager. Even though policies exist, many managers do not approve them, and management or HR usually does not help. * The company is mostly focused on QA roles. For non-QA roles like Full Stack, AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Java, there are very few real projects. * Most non-QA work is limited to POCs, which often have no clear direction and waste a lot of time while still creating pressure. * Sometimes resumes are modified based on client needs, even for skills that the employee has not actually worked on. Candidates are asked to attend client interviews without proper JD, role clarity, or interview guidance. * Micromanagement is a big issue. Many managers and leads have been in the company for 10+ years and follow the same culture. Raising concerns does not lead to any action. * HR support is very weak, and it is difficult to get help when issues are reported. * No festivals, celebrations, or employee engagement activities. It feels like only work, nothing else. * Leaves and WFH are often restricted for long periods based on client or manager demands. Overall: If you are joining as a QA professional, this company may work for you. If you are not in a QA role, I would not recommend joining, as it can be a waste of time due to limited opportunities and management issues.
