1. Great place for learning curve 2. They have great projects and client under them 3. Maveric has a defined structure and their planning is good 4. We can easily approach any one in organisation 5. If you are lucky and if you have good contacts with people or Fulfillment Team then you might get onsite easily

1. There are many internal politics 2. People get advantage on basis of whom or which big personality you know in organisation 3. Fulfillment Team is the most dangerous team where people having grudges on you might destroy you 4. Salary during appraisals is very low as everything is politics in that organisation
