18k salary and nothing else

Cons

3 years bond and they will ask huge amount if you are going with in that period! They won't give experience certificate! and they will suggest you to leave company as it is and mark you as abscond! and pay is way less than market price. They treat employees like children and scold them for small mistakes. Better change the management!
