If you aren't part of the Union they treat you like trash. No Holiday pay. No overtime. Garbage pay and abysmally low raises.

This company does not care about their employees. Employees are consistently overworked and under paid. Managers are not trained properly and take the blame for everything. The company does not follow their own HR practices and is constantly violating terms of their union agreement.
