Cons

Almost everything! Management is undertrained and insensitive (I'm not a sissy but sensitivity to certain situations is important, being aware of your nonverbal body language is necessary for any kind of retail position and my leads had none. Our crew was ridiculous and management kept the lazy and let the good ones leave.
