      No nights, weekends, or specific holidays Decent pay Downtown location with a good view of the city Decent job to start out for college student

      Cons

      No room for advancement too many meetings reiterating the same thing high school mentality from certain managers Management is overly concerned about employees hitting 40 hours and no more/ no less each week Religion plays a big part in what you get or don't get

      Pros

      The manager I had at my particular location was great.

      Cons

      But had his hands tied by corporate on a lot of things that make no sense from the top down such as scheduling. Crappy pay and hours.

      Pros

      New pay scales for store positions. Cashiers and Food Service Crew Members are $10+ (more if the minimum wage is higher), Lead Cashiers are $11.75- $12.25 an hour and Assist Managers are $14.25-$15.25 plus monthly team climb bonus potential of up to $.75 per hour worked.

      Cons

      Turnover can be a challenge, but its retail and its getting better.
