The faux friendly and open environment.

Cons

-No promotional opportunities -No formal disciplinary procedures for DMs. When they get tired of you, they simply terminate you without prior warnings. -Profound nepotism throughout the company. -Lack of promotional opportunities for DMs -No respect for DMs. For example, no employee discount for DMs, incentive plan is a joke, and DMs are generally seen as intellectually inferior.

Pros

Great place to work with awesome co workers and work atmosphere. Lots of room to move around in the company. Great cross training making for an awesome base company to start with (before finding a better compensated job with less work load.)

Cons

Starting pay is on the low end of the job spectrum. Unwilling to compensate for your hard work, leading to very very high turnover rates.
