Management plays favorites it you in your in. No work like balance. You will be asked to pick up shift but the. Asked to cut hours to avoid overtime helping them out.

Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

Cons

Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination

Rules not applying equally. No support for those experiencing burn out. Often scheduled alone. Hours routinely cut to bare minimum and schedules changed last minute.
