The pay. Most of us do not make a living wage and no raises appear to be in our near future.

Maverik is a great company and they take care of their people and customers

they dont pay what they could, they have a huge profit each year but pay way below the average for a lot of their jobs

Pros

Worked there about 6 months. Store Manager was easy to work with and was very flexible with scheduling work hours.

Cons

Typical big corporation. Too much training done on a computer, none of which really applied to my job function, waste of time. Granted training is just using common sense.
