      I gain experience in supervisor position. And the responsiblilities & duties that was required.

      Cons

      The store manager was not a good fit for his position. Very poorly ran.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, great company to work for, they value your time off, great co-workers, the company listens to any/all issues.

      Cons

      Usually not enough employees, long shifts, customers can make you want to pull your hair out.
