No care for sick kids

Worked well with a schedule I could do as a single mom with kids in day care.

Cons

When my child got extremely sick and needed to be in the hospital over night multiple nights at a time the company refused to allowed me time off wether that was fmla, pto, or a unpaid leave if absence. I was told no and that I was expected to be at work. Or to put my notice in. They don’t have any remorse or care in the world that I was the only person my infant child 12 month old had to fight for him or speak for him while in the hospital.

Competitive pay and bonus structure. Incredible work/life balance. Growth minded leadership pushes the boundaries of comfort and encourages self development. They are always looking out for their employees.

Cons

No room for growth from my position unless I want to relocate to Salt Lake City.
