      Pros

      This company is amazing! Leaps and bounds the best job ever. All of the good benefits plus Tuition reimbursement, gym incentive and they give a ton of incentives to their team and to the customers. The owners are involved and the executive team is a blast. Looking forward to many years to come. They value your family and you want to be at work because it's actually fun.

      Take It All Away??

      They have a great benefit package, unlike one you would normally expect from a Mini Mart/ Gas Station.

      Cons

      They do not provide ANY type of training to new Managers what-so-ever? How can they say you arent "measuring up" when there are NO guidelines?
