The pay WAS decent, along with the benefits offered. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

The company has been bought out and is changing, arguably not for the best. The pay for incoming employees has been dramatically reduced, now much lower than competitors. Corporate has a strong tendency to micro-manage stores, and is not very open to feedback from the store/employee level. Also, it's required that you find someone to cover your shift if you need to call in sick.
