Pros

General managers don't have to clock in and district managers aren't paying attention. They just automatically trust the general managers are there and doing what they're supposed to when they're actually not there doing what they're supposed to and if the operations manager can't or doesn't know what needs to be done because the general manager is not there to tell them or teach them, then things aren't going to get done. And then without even looking to put two plus two together, district managers allow general managers to put all blame on operations managers for things not being done right. How about take a look at your Labor budget and see that operations managers are working 60 hours a week. Why would that be if general managers are there when they're supposed to be? It's not that hard to figure out but you guys keep letting your GMS collect on their salary fraudulently because nobody's checking into the truth. People need to be looking at numbers instead of listening to untruths

Cons

District managers, general managers and retaliation for speaking up
