They don’t hire qualified shop staff

A lot of hours = a lot of money, good bonus structure, helping people is really rewarding

Cons

They WILL leave highly inexperienced personnel alone with little to no cover. They fired my store manager and left me to run a very busy store by myself while only having a month and a half of experience. Upon moving me from this store, they moved me to a different store that had inexperienced shop workers. As someone who knew very little about the industry going in, it’s like choosing whether to put people’s lives at risk by letting them get work done to their car or let your own metrics suffer

Cons

Aggressive upper management. Weekly conference calls full of negativity. They push you to make sales no matter what. Not quite telling you to be dishonest. But I felt it was implied.
