Pros

If you move up the money is good. No real background check, felons feel free to apply with automotive or sales background.

Cons

They don't care about you. They micromanage all the managers, and are constantly surveiling through cameras and microphones. They didn't do anything for the pandemic except cut hours and give masks when the state mandated them. They did take government money to not pay the employees correctly. Will train you in the Mavis way but then basically want you to rip off customers to hit numbers. They exploit everyone below store manager.

employees were nice! You better like them because your going to spend a lot of time with them! Oh, forget about a personal life because you are scheduled to work! 3 cards a day!

Cons

everything! Hours, hours, hours!!! Push unessesary services and damn credit cards!
