Pros

Good people, hours are perfect,

Cons

They pay is horrible. There is no incentive as a tire tech to do any checks because all it does is give everyone else money except for the tire tech. Half the equipment doesn’t work most the time. No heat. No raises no room for growth. But the worst part is again the hourly rate. Pays a dollar more than McDonald’s.

Silly Rules

Pros

Nice beginner shop. They don't go further than your brakes or suspension.

Cons

They have a silly rule that any vehicle that comes into the shop has to have all 4 tires come off. Bulbs, battery, wiper blades? 4 tires coming off.

Decent work buildings and lifts

Cons

The expectation of doing extensive work but not supplying the tools to do the work whilst expecting us to spend more then we make in a year on the tool trucks. The lack of promotions been a mechanic for almost 3 years the pay raise or acknowledgment is nowhere to be seen in the company the more you do the more you get told on how you can do better never you did great this week or anything. The poor worker I’ve been stuck working by myself multiple time a week not that it would normally be a problem but the work i have to do to keep everything going the pay doesn’t match.
