Pros

Solid company with reliable salaries and consistent management policies. Company always advertises and is very competitive. Stores are well maintained with outside cleaning company.

Cons

Low pay techs with high pressure bosses and often picky or cheap customers can be a bad working environment. Need to have better communication when rolling out new procedures.

Pros

They are very structured with a process for everything. They allow you to focus on work flow by taking charge of other administrative tasks.

Cons

No feeling of trust. Cameras in show room and shop. Not favorable to family and faith oriented individuals. Open on Sundays. They are focused on being fast and cheap, not on being high quality or meeting all of the customers automotive needs. They push you throughout the day to sell more shocks, brakes, tires, tpms seal kits, and fluid services but don't care if larger more complicated mechanical issues exist that may cause a customer to have a break down, an accident, or a larger repair bill that could have been prevented.

Each shop is run on an independent level. Spifs, commission and bonus.. Still not great though

Cons

Micro-management, forceful sales tactics, lack of empathy for the customer when it comes to money. Candid-cameras, home office clerks are lazy and condescending. A lot of hours and stress for a messily pay rate with little added perks or incentives.
