The people you work with can be great and the local managers are typically good.

Cons

Schedule is awful, pay is not so great and the assistant managers are a target for everyone from corporate management to the customers.

Good benefit package, managers get OT every week

Cons

On feet for 10+hrs a day, no mention/promise of raises, micro-managment, doesnt seem too concerned about quality and care of employees,
