      Good coworker, ok pay , ok advicement

      Cons

      Upper management is deceiving not only to its employees but to the customer, they sugar lies with smile and excuses. Dishonesty from sales team to the customers. Witnessed work being sold and not do or being done and not done right. Training new people to the industry the wrong way. Out right I’m just discussed with the way management handles the customers. You see all these reviews management ask for them . I’m and honest guy I have all really made plan to get away from Mavis

      Not everyone is qualified for the job and mavis tends to hire just about anyone to fill a position.

      Career I can grow and develop into

      Active position which constantly challenges my skills and experience, forcing me to grow and develop into a superior Mavis employee. Great group of guys at every level, upper management understands day to day process at store level. Which results in a closer relationship and a mentoring experience. Pay is dependent on what your willing to put into the job. If your hungry and aggressive you can make a good living with this company. Also the promote from within, I can attest first hand. The company is rapidly expanding at an astounding rate. Which opens the door for major career advancement. 401k, vacation, sick, and personal days, and health benefits are all a plus. I recommend mavis.
