Paid sick time paid vacation paid holidays and 401(k) bonus’s

Cons

Vacation time and sick days. Do not roll over and or there is no buy backs for unused sick time or vacation time not used you just loose it . Thursdays long hours being open untill 8:30pm

Halfway decent job if you don’t mind having 0 work life balance

Easy job good benefits ability to move up is available

Cons

No work life balance, store managers required to open and close the store every day they are clocked in, crazy hours, if you’re not in a good store making bonuses your working 55-60 hours a week for minimum wage
