Pros

The only thing I can think of is that my store managers are good and the company is inclusive.

Cons

They don’t seem to value their tire technicians. When higher management visits, they tend to sit on a high horse, which adds to the disconnect between staff and leadership. The pay is low, commission is minimal, and there’s little to no opportunity for advancement, even if you ask for more training or responsibility. It takes a long time to start accruing PTO, and even then, you can't even find your PTO balance in the system! The 401(k) only kicks in after a full year, and there’s a noticeable culture of favoritism from upper management. Hardly rotating on weekend offs. If you’re looking for real support, growth opportunities, or transparency, this probably isn’t the place.
