The only pro I can say is some of the coworkers and customers you need are amazing

Cons

Regional manager will get mad because your understaffed and they do not want to send in help so now you're taking in less vehicles. Regional manager does not care what the mechanic says and letting the customer know that their vehicle is unsafe to drive by law and just wants you to slap tires on it and let it go Also the amount of lawsuits that are on this company because they do not properly train their technicians
