Great pricing for personal repairs. Customer base who continues to return provided you give them a friendly and professional service. Very team oriented who will teach and guide you if you're willing to learn. I was familiar with cars prior to working here but only on my personal vehicles. It's been great to learn. Sales tactics are effective yet not pushy. I like our honesty here to provide what the customer needs to be safe. I show every customer on their car what's going on. As an assistant manager I have a lot of duties but I enjoy feeling like I matter to our shop and I enjoy a lot of freedom unlike prior jobs where management is always right over your shoulder. I run our shop alone 2 days a week and I enjoy the responsibility.

Cons

Basically just that we need more hard-working individuals to fully fill out our roster!
