Active position which constantly challenges my skills and experience, forcing me to grow and develop into a superior Mavis employee. Great group of guys at every level, upper management understands day to day process at store level. Which results in a closer relationship and a mentoring experience. Pay is dependent on what your willing to put into the job. If your hungry and aggressive you can make a good living with this company. Also the promote from within, I can attest first hand. The company is rapidly expanding at an astounding rate. Which opens the door for major career advancement. 401k, vacation, sick, and personal days, and health benefits are all a plus.
