Overall, it's a great company to work for. Unbeatable compensation when comparing to other company's in the industry as well as upper management being very interactive and supportive to the needs of their locations as well as unlimited advancement opportunities.

Cons

None.. I love the company and what I do on a daily basis. No matter where you work or what position you hold, your job is what you make of it. This is a great company to build with if you utilize your opportunity.

I’m employed and get a weekly check. Sometimes we get a bonus. You don’t need to pass drug test. Discounts are good.

Cons

This company is all about ripping off the customer, sell them flushes, alignments, batteries, wipers and stuff the really don’t need to make them big profits. No wonder they are opening up so many stores. Ripping off everyone. If you don’t have a good dashboard, you are no good. People do not matter you are only as good as your numbers. This place is a people grinder. Everything is recorded and watched. No one is trusted and complete micromanagement. God help you if you need time off. You will be chastised. They do not drug test so most employees are drug users drunks. I have witnessed employees getting high at work and working on customers cars. Upper management is horrible. They don’t care about anyone only numbers.. stay far away from slavis tire. They promote people who sell if you are a thief or bad person.
