Pros

Good pay, great upper management team. They teach and train well. Paid holidays, paid vacations. Bonus compensation. Good benefits.

Cons

Long hours. Not much to complain about. It’s cars and retail. It’s tiring but what job isn’t.

Pros

Many opportunities within the company. You can learn different aspects of the buisness from being a technician, or going into management, there are even coorperate offices, tire warehouse. Much room to expand within the company. Much to learn working with Mavis. Most of the people i work with are great people to work with, from fellow technicians, to management, to upper management. And everyone is just a phone call away. There are even training opportunities within the company as well.

Cons

Should introduce more ase testing options for technicians.
