      Mandatory overtime. If you can count that as a pro. It's the only way to make money with this company.

      Cons

      Everything about this company is a joke. Company is so corrupt that they would rather hire outside incompetent Managers rather than promote excellent talent within. They give you false promises, send you to store to store, take away your bonus from time to time. It's like getting paid to be in jail basically. Work for any other company but this one.

      On your feet for 10 hour shifts, no breaks, terrible working conditions, half as mechanics. All Upper management is concerned is selling Power steering flushes, Brake flushes and Good year credit cards, no discipline with the employees, theft, smoking in the shop, Horrible
