      I like working at mavis. The company gives lots of incentives for hard work and has lots of room for advancement.

      Good pay, lots of stores that one can transfer to if they would like to move, good benefits, lots of room for advancement.

      Cons

      I would say there are no real cons to working here. Just like any other job one will get along with some coworkers more than others and there will be customers that one would get alone with more than others.

      Pros

      Started with Mavis Discount Tire as a assistant manager and after only 8 months I was promoted to store manager. Was impressed with regional director and regional managers professionalism and they made me feel appreciated .

      Pros

      Mavis discount tire is a rapidly expanding organization taking the nation by storm with excellent customer service, excellent technicians, and transparency internally/externally. This organization supports their employees professional development to better themselves. Management is involved with day to day operations and assists people to improve their work place environment consistently.

      Cons

      As far as cons goes the only thing I wish was that vacation time and 401k plan was available after ninety days of employment as opposed to one year of employment.
