Bonus are good when you actually make one. Other then that can't think of any.

Cons

Constantly get calls on why we are not sell services that customers don't need. Being held accountable for other people's short comings. Hiring incompetent techs. No one cares about doing the job right just how many Goodyear credit cards you get customers approved for, how many power steering flushes you sold, brake flushes, and shocks you move daily. Beware!!

Bonus, when you actually get one. Which is pretty much non existent. One day off during the week to prepare for the nightmare on Thursday.

Cons

They are the worst. The Thursday Night Big Brother show marathon. Selling things that you don't need rather than the things you actually do need. Struts, Shocks, power steering flushes, and brake flushes. That's the only thing that gets recognized. You can bust your but on everything but if those items aren't on your list, your screwed. The constant dm calls about numbers and pushing you to sell sell sell. You aren't allowed to think on your own. I don't need someone telling me how to do my job I've been doing for 10 years without a problem from my dm. Let's not reinvent the wheel. I will not lie to get sales, IT'S WRONG!!. If you work for these people, check how much integrity you have. Service managers and sales people get paid crap as do the techs, but than again most of the techs are inexperienced and haven't a clue.
