Pros

Solid company with reliable salaries and consistent management policies. Company always advertises and is very competitive. Stores are well maintained with outside cleaning company.

Cons

Low pay techs with high pressure bosses and often picky or cheap customers can be a bad working environment. Need to have better communication when rolling out new procedures.

Nice paid holidays off, decent hours.

Cons

Job security, pay any position under a store management is a joke, higher up management lives in a fantasy world. My suggestion, work for Aldi or you WILL be terminated for not signing up enough credit cards.
