      Paid weekly Decent health benefits 401k match Hard to get fired

      Cons

      Bonus percentages very low and not progressive Work life balance doesn't exist Absurd vacation policies Working every Saturday and Sunday Shop staff are generally inexperienced with no formal training, some are complete hacks, some are great. They hire almost anyone with no background check whatsoever, be prepared to work with some sketchy people/behaviors.
