Appreciation for hard work

Pros

Higher management recognize your hard work and reward you accordingly. I started as a tire tech. Within 4 months I was promoted to service manager. Then through hard work and training, I was transferred to another store to manage that store while the store manager was out on family leave. After that manager returned to work, I was promoted to store manager at another location. One thing that I have noticed with this company is that they reward you for your hard work and dedication. Upper management constantly reminds you of the good job that you are doing and do anything in their power to make you better than the day before.

The pay is decent for a person starting in this field.

Cons

Unorganized scheduling, management throws you under the bus! I’d advise anyone to record ANY conversation had with management…because it’s that bad!
