The discount on ties and parts are the only pros

Cons

You are required to work every weekend or half the weekend if your a store manager. The pay is awful and the company only cares about up sells.

Pros

I always had a very strong passionate love for fixing things and always working hard hands on with a lot of things so I went to trade school for 4 yrs obtained a degree in the automotive industry after attending Thomas A. Edision Technical / Vocational.

Cons

Some of the biggest cons for working for Mavis was the a lot of the staff members were not on a professional caliber enough to carry the position of title that a lot of these guys have.
