I get paid , excperience in garage , learning new things everyday , hours , breaks , the rules, the smell of new tires , helping people feel safe to drive , tips ,

Cons

Frustrating working with disgusting people that do not care about general hygiene . Lacking respect and character, no clean rags since I’ve started two weeks ago , free air pump machine freezes in winter and doesn’t get fixed ,yet, employees showing up late or constantly calling in . Alcoholic employees very concerning . Lack of professionalism and attention to detail ,
