Pros

This is a good job that can offer you a decent pay and has a good culture. You can see that leveling up and getting a promotion is achievable. Because of the training and the time the managers take with each worker, promotions are attainable.

Cons

The system needs to be updated. The system being slow or freezing or the phones cutting off can really cost someone money. It can be annoying when you are getting information and the call suddenly stopped because of the phone or the application that we use. A 30 minute lunch is common but not the best. Please make it warmer in the office. Because of the lost calls during deals or the system issues, the higher volume earners should be either pro rated, or compensated for the issues.

Pay is above above average comparing to similar jobs. People are extremely friendly. We are able to help others (customers) and make the boss some money all in one conversation, everybody wins.

Cons

Internet not really reliable. I’d like to have a second 15 minute break for a fresh air.
