Pros

It was a good company. Salary and benefits are reasonable.

Cons

Many managers have been with the company for over 20 years, forming an insular group that frequently undermines employees behind closed doors. This has created a toxic culture that has significantly worsened in last two years. Consequently, many talented scientists and dedicated employees have chosen to leave the company. Too many evils under human skins.

Great compensation; ability to be independent; very thorough training; interesting science; good work-life balance; very diverse group of employees; most empathetic people I have ever worked with

Cons

Lack of explanations for some leadership decisions; experience highly varies depending on internal team or geography you work in; too much internal bureaucracy; progression can be slow
