1. Local team is talented and local management ensures Singapore site is working like a well-oiled machine. 2. Many experienced and stellar veterans in Singapore site. A lot can be learnt by working with them

Cons

1. HQ management has no idea what it's supposed to do with all the talent in Singapore site. 2. No clarity in terms of strategy. 3 projects cancelled in a span of 2 years.

No Pros taking money from employees in the name of Agreement. That money they have not given to me also. But taken from me. It's a shame act by product company.

Cons

There are many I can't list everything. Constant fear of layoffs in every 3 months. After earning call 100% layoff. Manager harrassment. Micro Management and Dirty Politics by senior authorities.
